Q: How long does it take for a pedal to arrive?

A: 2-3 Weeks TOPS, if it seems to be taking longer then usual i will contact you. Being a one man operation its hard to get "amazon speeds" but im diligent to get you your product!

Q: What power supply do Selltronics pedals use?

A: Just like MOST PEDAL COMPANIES...Selltronics use a NEGATIVE GROUND 9v DC POWER SUPPLY. DO NOT PLUG IN ANY HIGHER VOLTAGES! (YES EVEN IN THE KLON-A-PIN IT MAKES ITS OWN 18v!)

Q: Is There any Warranty on Selltronic Pedals?

A: 1 month on electronics...Listen, Stuff happens, shippings get thrown around, batches of parts in a blue moon will fail! Be sure to contact me within 1 month if you have any problem at all with your pedals sound or performance.

Q: I Broke my pedal! What should i do?

A: Contact me and i'll be happy to repair it! Customer will have to cover shipping cost as well as a $50 repair fee + parts (minimal charge). 

Q: How are Selltronics pedals shipped?

A: Each Selltronic pedal is personally "double boxed" and comes with its own bag, sticker, instructional sheet and picks. I ship US orders USPS Priority, and International orders economy to save cost unless stated.

Q: How do you make your enclosures?

A: Every SELLTRONICS enclosure is made with art and quality in mind. 

Using a variation of Sandblasting, Powdercoating, Diecast vinyl, Custom Decaling, and Epoxy work to bring every aspect of the art in mind to life.
